Overall this property was great. Front desk staff and bartender were nice. Housekeeping, however, opened our door at 8 am. 1 did we forget to put the do not disturb sign out? Went down for dinner at restaurant. A Sunday night I ordered food was good I asked bartender to change channel so I could watch last half of game, Bartender showed me a letter taped to the wall which said no changing the channel I asked for manager was told no they can’t be called. Here I am in slow bar unable to get someone to listen and help. Bad customer service no one can contact the manager unsatisfactory service
