Clean, great place. The only issue we had related to safety concerns. There is a particularly seedy collection of shacks a few doors down on the corner of Kelly's Ferry Ave and Hwy 41. Yelling, unsavory people coming and going, dogs barking, trash everywhere, Confederate flag flying. We kept the doors locked, curtains drawn, and all outdoor lights on.

Very easy to access. Walmart was a 5 minute drive and we were able to drive to the Incline Railroad within 10 minutes. Great place to stay!

Clean, comfortable, spacious and convenient stay. Close to groceries, restaurants, downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. The fenced yard would be good for dogs, although we didn't bring ours on this trip.

Delightful Stay

This was my first Vrbo experience and I couldn't be more pleased with the place. The location was near all the visitor attractions that we wanted to see and yet it was private and quiet. The outside space was great and our dog enjoyed walking around the fence perimeter. The inside is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. I will definitely stay with these hosts in the future.

Very convenient and clean

Quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to all the places we wanted to visit. Very clean rental. We cooked all our meals but one in the home. Oven took a while to get up to temperature but it wasn’t a major problem. Enjoyed the fenced in backyard and fire pit was a nice touch. Bed was super comfy & enjoying getting some quality time in with the family. The extra large kennel provided was super convenient for us. Good sized washer and dryer was nice and we used them a few times with no issues. Drive way is steep but as long as you don’t drive a sports car or something lowered you should be ok. Thanks for the clean, convenient rental.

Tennessee trip

House was very nice and clean. Our only issue was the couch smell, but opening the windows helped. Lovely property with every convenience provided! Thank you for a great stay! And so close to downtown.

Quick Stopover

We had an overnight stay as we traveling back from Florida to Wisconsin. This spot fit the bill in terms of it's location to the interstate and a place for our dog to burn off some energy after 12 hours of driving that day. The property was clean and well-appointed.While we didn't stay for a longer stay, our kids agreed it would be a good spot to stay in the future, and they would love to come back to Chattanooga to explore more.

Country house

The home was very nice and well appointed. The one problem was the lack of transparency regarding the extreme steepness of both the driveway and the back yard. The back was large and well fenced but my dogs would have appreciated more flat ground on which to run. The driveway was so steep that my trailerbottomed out when i was try to leave and i had to call a tow truck for help. An unappreciated expense that also set my departure back from 6:30 am to 9:30 am

Will stay again

Chattanooga is our halfway point when we are traveling to our own vrbo in Florida that we own. we look for a halfway spot that hosts dogs and us. Absolutely love this house and we'll stay again it was so nice and clean I love the huge fenced in backyard and the best thing is that it's right out of town and so easy to find and welcomes dogs

Nice small house located close to downtown

The house was very nice and clean, with lots of extra blankets which was a bonus. The living room is large and has plenty of chairs for everyone to hang out and chill. The location is very nice, there is a Walmart and decent restaurants only a few minutes from the property so that was a nice added convenience. The neighborhood was decent and overall quiet, but be careful if you like to go for walks, some of the neighbors let their dogs roam the streets and one of them followed us for a bit, not sure if it was friendly and I didn't care to find out.

Clean and comfortable

My husband and I had an excellent stay here. The house was very clean and the fenced backyard was perfect for our dog. The kitchen was well-stocked and had supplies of spices and even condiment packets in the fridge. Note there is only a k-cup machine, I didn't find a regular coffee pot. There are thoughtful touches here like a trunk full of throw blankets, a luggage rack, and carpet under the bed so you don't get out onto cold floors. A word to fellow middle-aged peri/menopausal women, the sheets are polyester which makes for sweaty nights. I couldn't handle it and bought a cotron set to use, but my husband was fine with the polyester so this is a personal issue. I had positive interactions with the home/company owner, who was kind and very respectful of our privacy. I will look for her properties next time we're in the area and would stay in this house again.

Fall break with grandchildren

This is clean beautiful property. It was perfect for what we needed. Personal touches that were unexpected made our trip so pleasant. I wasn’t expecting the kitchen to have extras like hot chocolate that my grandchildren enjoyed and coffee, sugar and creamer. The bathroom also had little extras. We enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard that also included wood. It was close to the activities we wanted to do. My husband said as we were leaving that he would come back!
