The host was awesome and very quick to respond. The location is perfect as it’s a short walk to multiple bars/restaurants. We will definitely be back!

The townhouse was nice and had all we needed. Some of the furniture (especially the sofas) need to be replaced soon. My biggest problem was the location. It is in a very sketchy neighborhood. Definitely did not feel like I was in the safest part of town.

Very comfortable, new condo

Condo had not been cleaned from previous tenant when we arrived, but I called the owner and he had cleaners come in and clean everything while we were out to dinner. The location was a little sketchy...would not have walked anywhere close by because of the neighborhood, but it appears the area is under development so this may not be an issue in the future. I would not recommend this location for anyone with mobility issues. There are 32 stairs (all hardwood) which were difficult for me (80 y/o) and my sister (69 y/o). The rugs and furniture are in desperate need of a good cleaning....badly stained.
