It qas a bad experience. One ice machine in the whole.builsing, dirty linens on the bed. I had to switch rooms amd the replacement room had tearimg floors and doety floors. The parking lot was sketchy with peoppe smoking weed in the parking lot. My kids wanted to know what the smell was lol. Folks were smokong at all yimes of the day out there. It wasnt clean ....the place is crappy.

For a non smoking hotel the first thing you smell is marijuana..... it’s in the hallways / rooms / toilet was not clean / and just overall unclean

The hotel was good for the price paid. Room is exactly as pictured. The grounds and hotel as a whole were a little run down, could definitely use some TLC, but not terrible. There was no hot breakfast as described during to covid. The pool was also closed because of covid even though it was advertised as open. They also no longer have a hot tub even though it says they do. Again, for the price it was fine but I think I’d choose something a little more kept up next time. Location was good though - 20mins from downtown

We recently moved to Charlotte and stayed for 8 days while I our belongings were in transit. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Upon checking in I was Asked my name and for my credit card I was using but my identification was not checked. Anyone could have checked in and used my credit card to get a room. I a called early in the morning to ask for towels and wash clothes and was told staff was busy but they’ll get it too me and to put my dirty ones outside my room door. Well at 5:30 pm after waking from a nap I had to call down again. Hotel is quiet however no restaurant will deliver over here but two. Door dash wouldn’t even deliver here. Not a bad hotel customer is good but just please make sure your identification is being checked.

Breakfast was bagged, pool closed, was just not the hyatt house I have stayed at in other locations. I'm hoping the lower price reflected the lack of service.

I loved the suite and the staff was super friendly

It pots DIA to Shame. It was easy and the staff was helpful.

Excellent use of space. SO CUTE! Design and furnishings are GREAT.

Didn’t like it. I wouldn’t stay in that hotel again.

Very convenient from airport! Complimentary shuttle to hotel! Room is very cozy like a home! Great stay!
