Great stay. The pool area was fantastic, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the house was very well stocked. Perfect for a weekend getaway if you're traveling in the area.

Ideally located in a little private cove with access to a dock and beach area. The house is beautifully decorated, so clean, the beds beyond comfortable and the hosts incredibly responsive and attentive. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting to spend time together with our adult kids and their spouses.

Beautiful home right on the lake. House has everything you could need and is beautifully decorated. Felt like home! We stayed as a group of 12 aunts and cousins and it was perfect and plenty of space!

Our daughter got married at Langtree Venue and this house and location was amazing. The whole house was super clean and had everything you would need and then some. We would recommend this house to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

The owners have gone above and beyond in renovating this property. Exceptionally decorated and furnished. Views of the Lake abound! The hot tub and pool are beautiful. Do not miss this amazing rental.

Perfect vacation home

Home/pool/spa were amazing! The upstairs bunk room and play room were perfect for our grandchildren. Beautifully decorated. Lots of little details that are not always available in other rental homes. Best place our family has stayed in the past 6 years, hands down and Kim was very responsive and personable. Highly recommend.

Great home, awesome location

We brought our family, including 2 grandchildren (ages 2 & 6mos). The house is very well stocked (especially the kitchen). The hosts went out of their way sticking home with many necessities, being in the channel was great for paddle boarding and the beach area was great for our grandson. Kim was great with responding to questions.We lived thus home and will be staying here again!!

Perfect Stay at Lake Norman

Our stay at Kim's lake house was absolutely perfect! Kim was an incredibly gracious host, ensuring every detail was taken care of. The house itself was stunningly decorated and furnished, creating a luxurious and comfortable environment. The outdoor amenities, including the hot tub and pool, were exceptional. The views were breathtaking, making every moment feel magical. We had an unforgettable time at Lake Norman. Thank you, Kim, for an amazing experience while we celebrated our daughter's graduation from Davidson!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beautiful house on Lake Norman outside of Charlotte. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how stunning and well-appointed the home is. The space was perfect for our group of friends—spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, from the cozy living areas to the breathtaking lake views that made our mornings and evenings unforgettable.The outdoor area was a dream, with plenty of room to relax, enjoy the water, and soak in the beautiful surroundings. We loved the easy access to the lake, which made our time even more special. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals together, making it feel just like home (a much nicer home).Overall, this house exceeded all our expectations and made our trip truly memorable. Huge thanks to Kim for making the rental process so smooth and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!Highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing getaway.
