The property was just as described and suited our needs perfectly. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Conveniently located close to downtown Mooresville, it was fun to walk around the neighborhood looking at old and interesting houses. Despite being on a road that is sometimes busy, the bedrooms were completely quiet and beds were comfortable. Lots of linens and fully stocked kitchen. We couldn't get hot water from the bathroom or kitchen sinks, but no problem in the shower or the little sink in laundry room. Not a big deal. Very cute house, we'd stay again. Excellent host communication. Thank you!

Overall, the stay was fine, but the experience could’ve been better. I use short term rentals a few times a year, and I feel like every time, the host tries their best to be overly helpful, share tidbits about the community and things to do, and overall seems invested in our stay being excellent.The experience here wasn’t that way. If those things aren’t important to you, it’s probably no big deal.When we first went to book, we asked for a last minute booking discount, as many others in the area offered it. Great house

We stayed two nights and loved everything about the house! The home is beautiful and has a very welcoming, warm atmosphere. We really enjoyed the amount of detail and item availability in the house - it felt like the owners had thought of everything one might need on a trip. The entirety of the home appeared to be very well maintained and clean. Would absolutely recommend staying here!
