Old Facility. Courteous staff. Washroom was in poor taste. Very low toilet / Very low Bathtub / Drain flange broken on Bathroom sink. Shower tap/ old inoperative. Door did not self close nor lock securely. Old MOTELS with Cosmetics. Not real care to customer needs. Breakfast was a joke !!! Bagels and one typeof Yogurt with jellies. No PB /Jam . Watered down coffee. I would not stay there again nor recommend this so called Hotel. They have taken over fromBest Western to be the lowest of the SCUM in what they called Hotel / Motel Stay. By definition, this palce should not be able to be in the same category as HOTEL !!!!

Front Desk Agent the most disrespectful and unprofessional employee I have ever encountered. Lied and said could not give me a room on 1st floor unless I had a disability. I was traveling with my 2 year old daughter and we had lots of luggage. There were plenty of empty rooms on the 1st floor, he lied said all the guests were out and that’s why there were no cars. I took pictures at 9pm and again at 2am and just to prove that he was a LIAR I took pictures at 7am and the difference was 3 cars other than that the hotel was empty. Now I understand why the Hotel was empty , I will never stay there again. If you hate your job like you hate yours then get a different job. Maybe a job that pays more would make you a better person! Horrific!!!!
