Great place and perfect location
We had a great month staying in your beautiful home. Our only suggestions would be to get some kind of mattress topper for master bedroom since the mattress is very hard.
Also the outdoor cushions need replacement as they are in very bad shape.

Great condo and facilities. We enjoyed the space, cleanliness, and quiet tremendously. The boardwalk was pleasant to walk, and the pool was nearby, but not loud. I highly recommend. We'll bring our kayaks and paddle boards next time!

Excellent Lakeside Getaway
We love outdoor spaces and this condo has a fabulous back porch with lake views. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening sunsets here every day. Upon arrival, we found the unit very clean and there were nice touches like a welcome basket of snacks & wine and ample “starters” of shampoo, dishwasher detergent and the like. The management team was professional, responsive and very helpful when we experienced a minor maintenance issue and got someone out to make the repair. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was excellent. We also enjoyed strolling down the boardwalk to Port City Club restaurant, a fun night out. We would definitely recommend Bay Breeze and would like to stay here again!

My husband and I chose a peaceful vacation on Lake Norman this year for something new to try- we usually go to the beach.
Both of our adult children were able to come along as well! Each one of us enjoyed not only the true "home away from home" that this condo offered, but also appreciated being able to view the serene lake from the balcony as we drank our coffee or listened to our son play his guitar. In addition, the food, drinks, and service at the Port City Harbor restaurant were valued benefits of this area!

Great community, love the location
Really great 2nd floor condo. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and nice views from the deck. We loved our stay, neighbors were nice and amenities did the job.

Great location and lovely property for Davidson College Graduation
Condo and property very well maintained. Convenient to Davidson and right on Lake Norman. Very comfortable for family. High recommend.
