I think the staff is great and friendly. As well as helpful. I stay within the company anytime I travel for work and enjoy it.
Left the hotel and went elsewhere Smelled like urine thru lobby and room
I tried to cancel and was told I was too late and I understand. Once me and my family entered the hotel a horrible stench mask the entire 1st and 2nd floor. We figured since only For one night we’ll just deal with it. Once we get into room the bed sheets have hairs all over them dirt in them as well. As we’re leaving now the stench is on the second floor as well. I will be taking the charges up with my bank as conditions were not great at all. Michael Kirby
Given a smoking room instead of non smoking was full of ash on tables.walked out shortly after checking in at 11pm to another hotel.Called for refund hotel says they don't guarantee non smoking.really!
