Great space for us and our adult children while in town for a wedding. Walkable to everything, yet located in a quiet area just a few blocks off King St. Well appointed and super comfortable space. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the cottage. Everything was as stated. The rooms were comfortable and the location was great. Our host was prompt in their responses which we truly appreciated. Kings road was a 15minute walk and the weather was amazing. We loved our Mahjong girls group stay here and will definitely come back.

The Rutledge Cottage is a perfect 10! It is conveniently located in the historic district, charmingly appointed, clean as can be, comfortable and cozy! Check-in and communication with the host is effortless, fast and friendly. The cottage offers a wide array of reading materials in its little library and a great little back deck. I fell in love with Charleston and plan to stay here for future visits.

The Rainbow Cottage was perfect for our stay in every way. Location was both quiet and walkable. While there was laundry and a well-equipped kitchen we needed neither but for others looking to stay here those amenities would be beneficial. The two large bedrooms with bathrooms made for perfect accommodations for two friends. The house was very clean, neat and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Quiet and great outdoor space!

The cottage was all and even more than expected! The front yard was so enjoyable:) The cottage was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was provided along with beautiful white linens! If staying more than a night or two you’d need to get some more but you have enough to start. A drip coffee pot ( we bought coffee grounds) was provided. We’d stay at this cottage again!

Can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay! It was better than a hotel for so many reasons. In perfect condition, clean, comfortable and spacious. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed, bathrooms were stocked with shampoos and soap (I was concerned since it wasn't a hotel ) Easy location - still needed to drive or Uber to town, but quick to get there. Courtyard was perfect for a small gathering and drinks outside. We came with family for our daughter's graduation but will surely be back for a vacation. Only reminder is to rent a small car - but that would be beneficial for all of Charleston! Thank you for a memorable stay - everyone raved about the cottage!

Wonderful Charleston

Very comfortable and quiet, plus the kitchen was certainly well equipped. We did not use the back porch sitting area during our visit as it was not very welcoming; the area was dirty with leaves and debris, and the furniture was also dirty.

Loved everything about this property

This was the perfect home for two couples. We each had our own king size beds and private bathrooms. The living room and kitchen area were very comfortable and inviting. The location was very quiet but a short walk to King Street for shopping and restaurants and a quick Uber ride down to all the activity on East Bay Street. I would definitely stay there again and recommend the property to any friends traveling to Charleston.
