Welcome to your home away from home in charming Charleston. This beautiful home is located in the center of the peninsula within walking distance to King and Calhoun street. This is the first floor unit of a duplex and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with gorgeous pine floors, a queen size pullout couch, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and lots of natural light. There is private parking for 1-2 vehicles.
*We are happy to accommodate our guests with furry friends. Please refer to the pet charge under our fees section. There is also a $150 refundable security deposit, which is enforced by our booking software prior to check-in.

This was the perfect location for us. Eric was very helpful and responsive. We had no problems with the apartment at all. It is such a cute place. Highly recommend parking was very easy. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome thank you again.

Great property. Being a senior citizen I would recommend a grab bar in the tub area. Also a map showing the free shuttle. The Vietnamese restaurant across the street was a good choice as well as Fuel restaurant just a short walk. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Eric
