Really cute cottage in the perfect location! Very well-maintained, clean, with lots of added touches to enhance our stay. And we loved the countertop ice maker and excellent AC after hot days, exploring the city! Highly recommend!

Excellent location and so clean!

Excellent location for a stay in Charleston! Two bedrooms and two baths and all the amenities if you want to go to the beach or just hang out around the fire pit. Communication with the host was amazing and cleanliness was top notch!

Great stay

We had a great stay at this unit. The kitchen/living area was spacious and clean, the outdoor area was lovely and private, and the bbq joint next door was a huge bonus. We were traveling with our baby and needed a crib, which was mentioned in the listing but not in the unit when we arrived, but Kit was able to provide one very quickly.

Amazing stay!

This was our first time using VRBO and we had a great experience. The owner is kind and responds quick. The place was very clean and modern, the pictures don’t do it justice! This place looks even better in person! Great spot between downtown and Folly Beach. Having beach chairs on the property for us to use was very nice. Thank you for having us and we will for sure be back!

Long weekend in CHS

Property was as advertised, good location near restaurants and grocery stores. A little loud at times due to closeness to Folly Rd. Beach chairs and propane grill were a nice touch

Made our Vacation!

The property was absolutely amazing. It had a little bit of everything. The outdoor are was phenomenal in the afternoon as it gave the family time to play outside after our day at the beach. The house itself felt like a home. The family and I have put this on our list of favorites and will plan to come back again!

Great Place !

House was great! Homey and cozy but not over the top with decorations. This made for flat empty surfaces for our stuff! Well stocked and adorable ! Communication was spot on. Location was great too.
