Welcome to Charleston! This newly renovated apartment is in a home on a quiet street in the sought-after downtown neighborhood of Wagener Terrace. Wagener Terrace is the best of both worlds in Charleston - minutes away from King Street and downtown's restaurants, shops, and bars, but without the density, congestion, noise, and challenging parking of many other downtown neighborhoods. We are steps away from Lowndes Grove, Hampton Park, the Citadel, and views of sunset over the Ashley River. The space The living room is spacious yet cozy and features a sofa, 50 inch Smart TV, dining room table, L-shaped banquette, and poufs for additional seating. The living room shares space with a well-equipped kitchenette (the only thing this kitchen doesn't have is a range). Appliances include a dishwasher, fridge, toaster/convection oven/air fryer, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, cookware, dishware and more.
The bedroom has a custom King-sized bed for maximum comfort. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. There is a large capacity washer and dryer in the apartment.
Extensive renovations have just completed on the apartment. Updates include new hardwood floors, concrete countertops, and tiled backsplash.
High speed internet and wifi provided. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment unit, which is located at the back of a newly renovated house. Additionally, guests have private use of a fenced-in back patio, complete with furniture and overhead string lights for use at night. Access to the unit is via pathways on either side of the main house - please be mindful to stay on-property when using the pathway on the right of the house. Public street parking is plentiful and readily available directly in front of the house. Other things to note This is a legally licensed property approved by the City of Charleston.
