Exceptionally clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Liked the cleanliness, friendly staff, and good complimentary breakfast. Building 2 is under complete renovation costruction, but Building 1 where we stayed was in very good shape.

Needs total update...shabby looking everything. Especially the rooms.

The staff was very plesant. The room was nice and clean for the most part. The breakfast was OK, but I got exactly what I expected and paid for. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel just off the interstate, but quiet and well maintained. Staff paid particular attention to detail and was very helpful.

This hotel had bedbugs. I saw one crawling on the wall behind the bed. I put it in a cup to show the front desk. The man said he would have a manager call me. He never did. I went back home 8-9 hours away with bedbug bites all around my ankle and a couple on my back. Otherwise a 5+ on a review. It was a very nice hotel.

I thought the staff was very rude to me, not helpful at all they never smiled never said hello just overall rude

It was convenient and large with great rooms. Joyful check in and out. Limited breakfast

Arrive around 9:00 pm and no one was at the front desk. I yelled for someone, but no one came out. After 10 minutes, a woman came into the lobby and I asked her if she worked there. She sneered at me and pointed to the Days Inn logo on her blue shirt. No hello, how can I help you?..., nothing! Extremely rude the entire time I was checking in.

Very nice hotel, super friendly staff! very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is to have a bigger variety of breakfast items. Not my first stay and will definitely be back again. The lady that checked us in and out was great, Thank You.

Shoqerhead held on a hook. Upper hook broken, so had to hold the head in my hand or put it on the lower hook, meaning I had to bend over. Those holders aren't that expensive to replace, even less to swap. A hair in my eggs, coffee that one cup was enough, though I usually drink four. Nuff said

Could use fresh carpeting and replace furniture. Other than that I think it would be more attracting.

Needed a place to stay in Ksnawha Valley but did not want higher rate it extra amenities except clean and safe.

Booked online a room with 2 beds. Was phoned and told they only had a room with a king. Fine. Could not find the motel called and asked for directions. Got there and was told it was canceled--no rooms were available. I is 2am and we had been driving for 7 hours. Why did he not tell be there were no rooms when I asked for direction? Not sure why someone canceled, but it made a long drive worse.

This hotel had bedbugs. I saw one crawling on the wall behind the bed. I put it in a cup to show the front desk. The man said he would have a manager call me. He never did.
