The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

The unit is decorated very nicely. The parking spot is very tight behind the building. There is a restaurant/bar right next door that has now moved so it was nice and quiet. The king bed is very comfy but it is difficult to get around it to the bathroom.

The apartment is spacious, clean, well appointed and conveniently located. The host company, YOURPAD, could not have been more accommodating; they go above and beyond to ensure a great visit. There is free off street parking, a small kitchen, a washer and dryer, plenty of towels and a comfy king bed. We loved the apartment!

The biggest problem we had was all the noise from upstairs. It sounded like there was a moving company up there. It was so loud, woke us up very early in the morning Everyday We were there.And then late at night again, the noise would start up sound like people were moving out of the place.Other than that, it was a nice little spot.However, it really is not in walking distance to any of the places we wanted to go to.

The place is in a great location within walking distance of excellent restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything needed was supplied. We would highly recommend this place. The only negative would be not to try to get a Dodge Ram truck into parking spot behind unit. A smaller SUV or car would be better.

This spot is well located — I thought it might be too far from downtown, but it turned out to be an enjoyable walk! The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is delightful. There are thoughtful touches throughout the apartment, like makeup removal cloths and luxurious toiletries. Yes, bring earplugs if you want to sleep before 11 — the music next door turns off promptly and is much quieter on rainy nights.

Very well done rehab of unit. The bar next door can get pretty loud, but does wind down around 11pm. Bedroom is a tight fit to walk to bathroom, but manageable for an average size person of which we are. Managnent seems very responsive. Unit was clean. Couch and bed could use updating as they say and can get uncomfortable quickly. Starting to sag. Over all, great stay fur short term weekend.

We absolutely loved this true Charleston home — full of character and Southern charm! Love the new couch!!! The location is perfect — just a short walk to local favorites like The Co-Op and Holy Bagel (both are must-visits!). The neighborhood felt very safe, and Fuel next door has a great laid-back vibe — perfect spot to grab a cold drink and unwind.Bonus: Miss Patricia’s iconic house from Southern Charm is less than a mile away, so don’t miss a peaceful stroll through one of Charleston’s most beautiful areas.
