The first impression upon check-in was the trash overflowing outside near the entrance with soda bottles & cans. The smell of dog lingered through the hallway, the smashed food on the floor near the courtyard entrance was there until morning when the non-English speaking staff arrived to administer the typical chemical laden slop all budget hotels offer for breakfast, runny boxed eggs, stale bread, frozen bagged potatoes covered in preservatives, lumpy oatmeal, dirty tables not cleaned as breakfast staff stand around on their phones. Buffet ran out of food as soon as it was brought out, no pep in the staff to make more so everyone forced to wait. The room was ok but the couch was covered in stains. Overall this hotel is indicative of the budget hotel industry, low quality, no staff, terrible customer service, poor guest experience.

The hotel was great. I will not, however, be using hotels.com or Expedia again. I wanted to cancel last minute for a place that was closer to my desired area . The motel had no problem with that and it wouldn’t have charged me. Hotels.com rules would not allow it.

No comforter in the bedding set for the sofa. Hotel is under-staffed. Check in agent has to attend to guests and check people in. There was a big delay for check in.

Overall we had a good experience at this property. The Staff was excellent, very friendly and serviceable. The breakfast was great. A good value for money choice for a short staycation. The location is great but they don't offer a shuttle service to/from the airport.
