Mare Civitas (Duo) is a newly renovated, modern apartment that stands proudly in the picturesque city of Chania. It is just a 3-minute walk from the amazing, fully organized sandy beach and a 15-minute walk to the old town and the Venetian harbor. Mare Civitas Duo (79 sq.m.) is situated on the first floor and is designed in an open-plan style for your utmost comfort, making it particularly suitable for families with children.



The apartment features a cozy double bedroom with a spacious bathroom and a second bedroom with twin beds and an adjoining bathroom. The comfortable living room is connected to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining table. The apartment is equipped with all modern appliances, including a TV, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, oven, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, refrigerator, and more.
