A great hotel, in a far nicer part of Chania town, by the old harbour (near to the wonderful Christomos restaurant). Very impressed with the relaxed but efficient atmosphere throughout. Layout, decor, bathroom were all very well put together. Everything was presented to a very high standard. The swimming pool was great, it looks small but has jets running some of the time that make it a very pleasant swim. The pool and pool area never seemed too oversubscribed. A very big thank you to Irina at the front desk for organising a handyman to retrieve my daughter's ring (16th birthday present!) after it fell down the sink, within 5 minutes - and thank you to the handyman as well! We were grateful and relieved. We hope to be back next year, a very easy stay, thankyou.

We have recently spent one week at Kriti Hotel and have been extremely impressed!! The location is ideally situated, about 5 minutes from the old harbour, where there is an array of restaurants and shops. We did not have a balcony which was unfortunate, however, our room overlooked the pool and was very quiet at night. The rooms were cleaned daily where the bed linen was changed often and clean towels were provided daily. The breakfasts were delicious, the choices should suit everyones preferences, and will set you up for the day. The staff were all really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend this hotel and would definately stay again.

Had difficult sleeping because there was a lot of noise (loud music) coming from appartment next to hotel. Luckily I had earplugs. Hotel room was a bit old - the green sheets looked old and fuzzy, not appealing. There was some hair in the bathroom, which made the overall appearance look a bit dirty, but other than that the room felt clean and spacious. Staff members were super nice, service was on point! I travelled on august, and booked the room late, so I felt like the room price was a bit too much for what you get. However, you get breakfast for the price and it was pretty good.

We were there for almost 2 weeks and we found it was a great experience. The people working in the hotel were very nice and helpful whenever we asked for indications on where to go and what to do. The hotel was pretty clean and they changed the towels regularly and the toilet products were nice,I liked the smell of oranges. The breakfast buffet was varied and good quality products. When you arrive in the hotel you get a complimentary drink of your choice. There was also a swimming pool but we didn't use it as we wanted to go to the beach, but people seemed to enjoy it. I would totally recommend it.

Excellent location walking distance to everything from beach to restaurants supermarkets. Loved the breakfast pool was excellent staff very friendly and helpful to our needs. Rooms were clean comfortable nice bar to unwind and have a couple of drinks.

This hotel is in a great location so close to the old town. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast and a beautiful pool. Standard rooms are a bit small so pay for a bigger one. Our air-conditioning wasn't working but staff were so accommodating that they switched our rooms and moved all our luggage. Would stay here again.

Our room was quite small but had adequate storage space (apart from space for storing suitcases, which would have been nice). The shower was strong and reliable and we had a nice sea view from the balcony. We didn't speak much to the staff but they all seemed very polite. It was easy to park on the road outside the hotel. Location is great, with a quiet strip of bars just 100m down the road and Chania centre an 8 minute walk away. Breakfast was good, particularly the coffee and fresh orange juice. Pool area was very pleasant although got a bit crowded towards the end of the afternoon.

We have just spent two weeks in this hotel and have enjoyed a wonderful time. I would be very surprised if there is a hotel in Chania that ticks as many boxes. The staff cannot do enough to help, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the position of the hotel is ideal for those wishing to explore Chania and the surrounding area.

We first stayed here 12 years ago, and since then it has been renovated and now looks modern. Our room (304) looked over the open air theatre. Some times you could hear the noise from the theatre, but once the balcony door closed it blocked out most of it. The room was cleaned daily. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. All staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Nice selection of hot and cold breakfast and you could squeeze your own fresh orange juice from a juice machine. It is located within a short walking distance to a small beach, bars ,restaurants , and shops and the old port. Had a lovely stay and will return again. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience staying here. We required a wheelchair accessible room and the hotel has a number of adapted rooms on the ground floor. There is a level access entrance into the hotel and a built in (quite steep) ramp to the ground floor rooms behind the reception. The staff are friendly and professional and the breakfast is very nice too (breakfast room and pool are accessed via lift). The pool is not adapted, but it is possible to get the wheelchair out to the edge of the pool. We didn't require a hoist so don't know whether this is available.
