Staff is great, the place is clean, the courtyard is gorgeous and the rooftop it’s nice to hang out at. But the place is loud - If someone talks in the public areas you can hear them. The street outside is a bit loud too. Which they do warn you about. Quiet hours is supposed to be a 10 but that wasn’t really true. Aside from that my biggest complaint was quality of bedding. The mattresses are old and there are hardly any springs left in them. Sheets and comforters are definitely washed but have old stains on them. Would I stay again? Not sure, maybe for a night or two because the place is beautiful and the staff wonderful. Another great feature is use of a kitchen and refrigeration space and free coffee and tea all day long.
