It’s an ok place Nothing else Will not stay here in the future

On the grounds of a 500 year old Dominican Monastery. Just a beautiful hotel. Perfect in every way

Unique, it is amazing. Very nice staff and it is not in the middle of the city centre noise. Good food.

The property in itself is unique, one of a kind! The service and the people are very courteous and friendly.

The service was really nice !! Love the atmosphere!! The stuff it’s really nice and helpful, can’t wait to visit La Antigua Guatemala again and stay at Casa Santo Domingo.

Arrogant staff, room not worth the cost, uncomfortable bed, mattress way too hard.

This hotel is very unique, and includes an excellent restaurant, beautifully manicured grounds and gardens, beautiful art and artifacts, and a lovely pool. The staff was extremely helpful and tended to all details. We had an excellent stay. Our room was big and comfortable. The room itself was a bit dark and a tiny bit shabby, but very clean and quiet and had a lovely private balcony. The grounds of this hotel are enchanting and one should take time to explore and photograph them.

Top notch hotel, beautiful gardens, great swim area, the rooms are big and comfortable. Most helpful staff to make your stay feel important.

Great hotel in town, an old well preserved convent. A experice of colonial Guatemalan art and design. They have delicious dishes but above all, the tranquillity of being here.

Hotel staff kind, very nice breakfast buffet, pool, and comfortable hotel., great location.! Invites to come back and stay in this hotel again.

I wish I had stayed more nights. The experience was awesome, so peaceful and relaxing

Beutifull Hote nice like all ways but it need better beds!! At least the one the simple rooms!!

We loved our stay here. We were with young children and the room was comfortable, the staff was warm and the hotel had a lot of space for them to run and explore. The parrots are awesome, as are the skeletons. The trolley up the mountain for dinner is super fun and convenient. The only drawback is the tourists on the days the cruise ships are in port.

I love this hotel the employees very hice the breakfast Buffet delicious

We were looking for some deluxe accommodations after spending a week under more modest conditions in the Lake Atitlan area. This place did not disappoint. There was the added bonus of it being located at the site of some ruins and having 4 museiuns on the property --- all free to us as guests. this way we didn't feel bad about not venturing off the grounds except once to go to the artisanal market. Our room had a patio with a beautiful garden where we ate breakfast with hummingbirds flying nearby. It was just gorgeous. The spa was gorgeous and I received one of the best massages ever, and I'm coming from NYC! We also enjoyed the pool, right by the ruins and the beautiful macaws. We also appreciated that the tap water was purified and drinkable and you could flush the toilet paper, not true throughout the rest of the country but a luxury we expected from this class of hotel. We would definitely go back.

The Wifi are not free in alls areas principally in rooms

The place is gorgeous, but we had to wait to check in and then once we got to our room it was incredibly loud all afternoon well into the evening. Apparently there was a wedding going on. Bad experience over all. Too bad because place is beautiful.
