The rooms where the capsule dorms are located gets warm and the area lacks ventilation. The staff keep the balcony doors open to let air in but this meant that the room filled with bugs. The entire room was covered by the evening, with dead bugs all through the capsule and all over the floor. Whilst the staff were quick to clean in the morning it happened again on my second night.

Everything was good but the ac it’s hot to stay there during the day. They don’t cut the ac until super late so staying laying down if you want to was kinda ehh . But other than that the place was a nice place to stay .

Place was clean and cheap! You can hear people from the street and restaurant below so I would suggest bringing ear plugs for sleeping if you are bothered by that but great hotel overall if you are on a budget!

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed at this residence for a visit to Guatemala and I’ll tell you every time the people are genuine, wonderful and extremely helpful in any situation. The only thing I could say is big hugs

Great location, nice property and friendly staff. I had never felt a mattress so firm, so that may not be a match for some travelers. The mattress was the only drawback for me.

Loud music booming through the walls until 3 or 4am (weekdays included). Stayed in a capsule room, which have see-through doors that bang when people use them. A person would have to be dead drunk to sleep through the night here. No soap or towels for the showers (you can pay extra for a towel).

Un lugar muy bien ubicado respecto al parque central de Antigua. Es un poco ruidoso por la noche ya que está ubicado encima de un restaurante con musica muy alta!. Las habitaciones están bien y son cómodas, solo que un poco oscuras. Sin embargo nos pareció que es una opción a considerar con precio accesible para la estadía en este pintoresco pueblo colonial

Well-located but warm & kinda loud

Positives: Well-located and lovely staff. Negatives: no AC so stuffy rooms. Fans only worked with timer so about 2 hrs max (after which you wake up bc of stuffy heat). Quite loud because the property has tiles throughout and the windows are glass shutters, ie don’t fully close.
