Breakfast is at Los Arcos a block away and not included. It was not good, didn’t even have tortillas. Beds were like sleeping on cement. My back got so screwed up I could barely stand in the morning. The shower was clogged and almost flooded. Staff would not help with reservations. Bloodstains in my sheet. Between the blaring music at all hours and buffet breakfasts underneath our window at 7 am, I got four hours of sleep every night for five nights. We were in room 2. Could hear all the neighbors conversations through paper thin walls. Location and courtyard were the positives. Rooftop is an afterthought , missing seat cushions. Do not recommend at that price.

The place is beautiful, with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. However, we experienced several issues upon arrival. When we took a shower, the water varied from extremely hot (to the point of scalding) to very cold, making it almost impossible to bathe. When we contacted the staff, they explained it was a water pressure issue, but offered no immediate solution. Additionally, around 7:00 a.m., loud chisel and hammer sounds, accompanied by talking and laughter, began right outside our room, which interrupted our rest. This work could have been done at a more reasonable time. To top it all off, when we woke up, there was no water available in the room. We understand that inconveniences can happen, but the way they were handled significantly affected our stay.
