Hotel is dirty, loud and rude staff. Water park was dirty, cold and the lifeguards were a joke.

They really need to give the outside of this property a facelift. We almost didnt stop because it looked like a dump. Inside was clean and in fair shape.

I liked the water park and the staff was amazing and helpful but the air conditioner in my room didn’t work but thankfully it was cool outside.
The waterpark was the perfect size for my kids and was not busy, so that was awesome. Our reservation was supposed to include breakfast but the hotel did not honor that, so that was very disappointing as this was part of why we booked this hotel. Overall, the hotel was in good condition but could use some updating.
Good price for what you get, but facilities need to be improved some.
Fun setting close to the Amana Colonies. Unfortunately none of the TV's worked & one of the light switches in the bathroom had a short.
Hot tub and sauna not qorkinf. Woke up to ants all over the room.

Dead crickets on the bathroom floor, broken (perhaps for months) security door, clumps of newly-cut grass in the parking lot and on the sidewalks leading to the hallways. The morning front-desk clerk said she would mention the badly broken security door to maintenance (this could not have been news to her), and then said the dead crickets were there because, "It's that season," and seemed unconcerned. We're lucky we (at least as of a week later) don't have bedbugs infesting our home as a result of their hitching a ride on our luggage. There is a water park associated with this facility. Just a suggestion: pay close attention.
More of waterpark than a hotel. Breakfast expensive. Not a place I will stay again. Internet virtually nonexistent in my room.
Phone and radio didnt always work. The A/C didnt have an option to keep it running the whole time which would have been nice to block out all the noise in the hallways and other room. You can hear EVERYTHING. towels in our bathroom were stained. The arcade had like 4 or 5 games not working and some of the games were impossible to win on. The pool area is nice, but could use an expansion or some new items. The water was warm luckily but the hottub was closed down.
Very nice hotel , awesome waterpark attached to hotel. Very good restaurant with reasonable prices , Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating.
Great price, kids loved it! Room was clean, had a weird smell, but the water park was perfect for our family. Staff friendly. Free laundry.
Room was ok. Had to pay $20 extra for pool or watwrpark. Not a relaxing pool. Restaurants limited in area. Had to pay extra for breakfast (20%) discount and opens at 7am.
