The front desk person wasn’t even on site. There wasn’t a worker on site and I had to wait 35 minutes for him to show up. The room smelled terrible and there wasn’t any heat or air running and it was negative wind chills out. It was the worst I have ever had.

Interesting stay. Showed up 12 hours after a 3" snow fall. Long travels. We just wanted a place to rest and good breakfast. Breakfast sucked. Next morning parking lot was still not plowed. Nobody ever at front desk. He was nice when we got ahold of him. Maid service good. Wyndham promises eggs. Nothing, no donuts, no eggs, fruit was old. I will take this up with Wyndham

Came into the hotel to noone behind the desk. I waited for a few moments ts and noticed a phone that instructed to call for assistance-so I called the front desk from the front desk. Phone rang and guy answered asking what I needed-he came up after several minutes. Room was FREEZING when I came in. I asked the front desk guy if something was wrong and he laughed at me and said it was only 18 degrees outside so it would take some time for the room to warm because there was nothing in. It was too cold to sit in our room so we had to leave and come back after several hours. The hot tub was out of service which was a disappointment. The water did not warm up during shower. The front desk guy just blew me off and was rude.

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend at Amana Colonies. Amana location was close and it was easy to get on/off the Interstate. We spent 2 nights in a spacious room with a comfortable king bed and loveseat. Pillows were spectacular! Only suggestion I would have is that the light /fan for the bathroom was on the wrong side of the wall behind the door. Breakfast was good, nice selection. The last few hotels we stayed in pool and hot tub were out of service or being remodeled. We enjoyed the hot tub Friday evening.

The guy at the front desk was very rude. We drove all night and asked if we could get early check in he said that that was not possible. We needed more towels and had to go down to get them. And when we wanted to purchase something he was very short. Not sure I would stay there again just because of him. Poor customer service.
