Found the hotel a little run down but impressively clean. Beds were comfortable but unfortunately noise travels easy through the wall. Could hear next door room regular conversations. Overall good for the price.

Stayed here a few nights due to the convenience of having a kitchen, the location and the cost. The gym is not great but otherwise I have no complaints. The blackout curtains were great. Super nice staff!
