Bathroom by pool had zero toilet paper both days we stayed. Ballard table charge to use but has no Que ball to play. Host tried to look for one but didn’t succeed. Race car game had jammed slots. Couldn’t play. Chips from vending machine were expired. Showerhead in ceiling fell down while using And the handhelds holder was already broken so it was just propped up in the shower.

Property has a weird layout. To get to breakfast you have to take an elevator to the 4th floor then cross over to another building and go down a floor. More aggregation than the price of a room is worth. Will be the last time I stay there

Liked the property as a whole which is sizeable. Clean and neat with nice space for a double room. The breakfast was of good quality cooked onsite but it is repetitive. Property has a nice pool area, breakfast area and game area as well as access to FULL gym that can be used during stay. Staff was good and I do plan to stay again. Also there was a Mexican restaurant onsite as well.

Only reason I’m leaving 4 instead of 5 stars is bc 1) the ac was giving me issues and I would wake up hot sometimes and the water in the shower wouldn’t always. Aside from that, it was safe and the staff was amazing.

The property is located off of major arterial limiting or you can go by foot to restaurants and shops. It appears the property has been renovated from an older building there are just a few things that they need to upgrade to make it first class

Our stay was okay…not sure where the exceptional reviews come from because it’s far from that. The hotel has had updates but our shower was dingy. Two wet wash cloths were left hanging on the shower curtain frame . Nice pool / hot tub. AC was noisy in our room, but the rest of the hotel was quiet (only saw one other couple and the parking lot was empty on the Sunday night that we stayed. Breakfast was ok
