The yard boasts it's own private full sized pickleball court. There is a small grassy area in both the front and back area and a covered patio with chairs and a BBQ. Please observe all pickleball court rules to help this beautiful court last for a very long time. Pickleball equipment is provided.
The home has high speed fiber internet and a large, open floor plan that provides a great place for gathering. It is a centralized location for many national parks, a university, a ski resort, mountains, and desert exploration. There is a small unfinished and utility room in the basement that is locked and unavailable to guests.

Love this Place!
We enjoyed 5 glorious days here. Great location just north of Cedar City, and very spacious. The house was super clean and simple. We played hours on the pickleball court. This is our #1 choice when we return to this area.

Perfect Utah Getaway
Great location easy for day trips to Brian Head, Bryce Canyon, and Zion. Clean, spacious property perfect for families with kids. Got to use the pickleball court once before a snowstorm hit. Property manager very responsive and helpful. Recommend this property for a Southern Utah getaway.

Nice place; well located.
Pride of ownership showed at this property. My concern with property manager living in basement was unfounded as he was seen only once and was friendly. I highly recommend this property if you need a clean spacious house.

Great Home in Quiet Neighborhood
The property was clean, modern, and worked great for our family. The location made it is easy to get to/from the airport and other locations in Cedar City. We would definitely stay here again if/when returning to visit our family. It was only my wife, two year old, and I that stayed at the property, but the house could easily accommodate more.
