Its close to SM mall and transportation called "My Bus". Buffet breakfast is very disappointing. The first day we were there all TVs in the hotel is not working, next day the elevator is not working. Stay away from this place
You get a lot for your money! Good place to stay!
The only issue we had was that one day the elevators were down, so we had to use the stairs. Our room was on the 7th floor. The internal stair way had dog poop in several of the landings that we had to avoid stepping in. Also, the sweat gym was pretty good, but if you add some free weights that would be great.
Breakfast food cold , amenities no wash cloth, hand towels, no face bar soap
AC in our room is kinda noisy..no attendant in the gym i literally open the gym everytime i go in.the price to stay is affordable.
The front desk tried to take a room I reserved away, stating for a charge they would put extra bed in room. I did refuse as the 2 rooms were already paid.
Staff did an excellent job. Went above and beyond to accommodate us!
the room was tidy but who wants to sleep sweating? it was too warm aircon needs to be fix.. i understand the warm water that its not hot enough but temperature wise not me
They upgraded our room, so we stayed highest floor and big clean room:) It is too nice to stay only a night

Very conveniently close to SM mall, Airport, and Piers,.Room are relatively clean and comfortable, the best Shower head and water pressure and hot water in town.
Hotel conveniently located close SM mall,close my bus which takes you to airport just for 25 peso. very friendly staff, some times break area get busy , you just need to know either come early or late.Over I like the hotel, I stayed many many times, and will stay more if I can,.
The hotel located conviniantly to sm mall, there is 7 eleven just in first floor, friendly staff, quick check in, nice spacious rooms.
People were accomodating and very pleasant. My "barkada" room was perfect and extremely clean for my grown children to stay. For sure will go back again when I am passing by in Cebu to Davao.
