The room was clean and comfy, which I liked. The only downside was that the TV remote didn’t work, and there was a table for dining but just one chair, which felt a bit incomplete. Overall, still a nice stay!

Hotel is nice and covers all the basic needs, but our room was a family room and it was missing the bathroom door so leaves no privacy for adutls and teenagers of the opposite sex. Other than that everything else was fine.

The front desk staff are untrained and rude. They lack customer service skills. We requested two keys as my companion and I share the room but to no avail. The staff are also not stationed in the front desk as they usually chit chat inside the room behind the desk. I ringed the bell and they got out annoyed that it seems I am disturbing their gossiping. The staff here are very unprofessional.
