Pros and Cons

There were some positives about this hotel, including easy access to a beach, but overall it felt neglected. Checking in was a bit delayed but pleasant thanks to Kathy, but during check-out the office was closed, and emails were ignored. We had to leave the key on a table and lock the door on the way out, not knowing whether that would become an issue. The location itself is a bit remote, but the price was competitive. As for the city of Castries, there are a small number of things to do (including great street food) and it's a good jumping-off point to see the area.
