They were amid some maintenance, but the staff was friendly and the amenities were fine for my needs. Convenient location (apart from temporary highway offramp construction, which is not their fault)

The bathroom had not been cleaned properly I did tell the front desk about it.... there were bars of used soap left in the shower and the TP was empty....

No elevator

Our room was on the second floor. We loaded a cart and asked where the elevator was. We were told there wasn't one. We are on a road trip and had quite a bit of luggage. My husband had to make several trips carrying everything upstairs. He almost hurt himself taking up the cooler. If you are traveling light it would not be as big of a problem.

Reserved a pet friendly room, I paid same plus a pet fee yet I feel like pet rooms are the bottom of the barrel. The room smelled awful.

This is definitely a step up from your normal Quality Inn. However, the facility is still older and it shows. If you are in the Casper area and need a clean room and a solid breakfast, this is a good bet in the moderate price point. If you are expecting Hampton/Fairfield, this is a step slightly below.
