Parking was a disaster, the people before us took the tag to hang in the mirror, property manager was gone and couldn't get it for us. I called and was told if I parked in to spot I paid for, assigned to me with vehicle plate, make model year of the vehicle assigned to it, that I would be towed... I had to park super far away and walk. Then the next day I was told they would leave the tag in our mailbox. When we returned to the room that evening, we went to the mailbox and it was not in there. Again, I could park in the spot I paid for. I was offered a $3 refund for the inconvenience. This is unacceptable. Everything else about the property was amazing, other than the rock hard memory foam bed in the master. The apartment was above and beyond our expectations.
