Hopefully this isn’t common, but I asked for clean bedsheets, as they were hairy. Also, someone tried to open my door in the middle of the night. I had the dead bolt locked, so they didn’t get in.

Front desk lady started asking my name halfway through the lobby; she couldn't even wait for me to get to the front desk. She did however, hold the door for us as we were bringing in our luggage. Breakfast had a waffle machine but no waffle batter, no juice as the machine was out of order, no yogurt, no fruit, no ketchup, and very weak coffee. It did have sausage and egg and lots of carbs. The air conditioner ran all night but wasn't pumping out cold air and we couldn't control it with any switches. Our shoes were sticking to the floors in the breakfast room as well as in our motel room. Beds were fine. Room had microwave and fridge. Would not stay here again.

Cleanliness is terrible

Service was ok! Cleanliness absolutely TERRIBLE. First room I was put in the toliet was dirty and had pubes on the seat. Asked to be switched rooms and it wasnt much better. The last night i was there i killed a roach in the bathroom!

It had been probably 20 years since I was here last,it is pretty rundown. Many things had out of order signs. The beds had a flat sheet and very light bedspread. I asked for a couple blankets, they gave me one. Couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and very nice. Breakfast was ok. Overall a nice hotel. Just getting older.

Needs completely overhauled - in rough shape

We reserved 2 king adjoining rooms. Upon arrival, they not only didn't have the adjoining rooms, but also no kings available. The workers were scrambling about everywhere talking about rooms not being clean and someone not showing up for their shift. Check-in person was not unkind, but very unprofessional and could not resolve any of my issues. It was late and so we decided to stay and make it work. The rooms were run down, lights not working, very dark, stained, dirty. Beds and pillows were reasonably comfortable. AC worked great on that 100 degree day! The shower pressure was good. The negatives far outweigh the positives, however. Breakfast was also dirty, understocked and out of many options. The pool was cloudy and there was a giant hole in the deep end, where a cover should be, that my daughter caught her foot in. This hotel was so awesome 20 years ago, but I won't be staying there again.

an older property that could use some cosmetic touch-ups, but nothing that really matters. on the plus side, easy to get to, very quiet, parking lot very well lit. reserved a king bed, they gave me 2 kings in huge room. better pillows than most places. a/c worked great. for the price, a very good place to stay.

This was a huge disappointment! I called ahead to let the front desk know that we would check in at 9:00pm. We arrived and they had no king rooms available even though I made the reservation the day before. They gave us a double queen room and it was filthy. Chip crumbs on the floor, bedding was stained and the bathroom light didn’t even work. I could also figure out why they didn’t have a king room available because as you walk down the hallway you can see all the rooms that need cleaned by a dirty towel propping the doors open. I will never go back to this hotel again and we stay in this area very often.

There was no staff in facilities in the mornings was left a number to call for service that was a Florida number, we were in Missouri. No breakfast not coffee not anything available to any guests. The entire building walking in smells like a cat litter box. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Wish i could get my money back. I was very unwelcoming.

This hotel is the worse hotel, am a traveler and I travel even in a small country their hotel is not as bad at this. Don’t stay here, yes after a long day back they gave our room to someone else because they said there was nothing in the room, well the night before there was someone trying to break in my room so why would I trust to have my stuff in the room, they gave us new room and saying that is an upgrade, yes the pictures is the upgraded room with some clothes from some one is inside the toilet
