This hotel didn't measure up to other Comfort Inns we have stayed.Neither key opened door. Manager came and had trouble also. We got inside eager to relax after a long day of travel only to descover the toilet was left with tissue inside. Toilet did not flush. Moved us across the hall. Inside we found no hand soap,coffee cups and parcel candy in made up bed. Towel with a huge hole. Breakfast was subpar. Cereal but no milk,no juice or fruit.Bagels and muffins were stale To say eggs and sausage were not t to eat is an understatement. Housekeeping is very lacking. FRONT DESK workers nice. Disappointed!!

Staff inexperienced with Hotels.com. Wanted us to pay more money because they can’t see reservation. Older facility is ok shape. Toilet didn’t work. Room had 1 small trash can. Room was stocked with towels for 1 person. Door leasing outside at back of hotel was not lock or latched. No forks for breat…. Eating waffles with a spoon was fun!

Would not go here again.

Did not get the room I reserved- Got confirmation on king with walk in shower and got a room with 2 queen and bathtub with handicap shower. There were no towels or bathroom amenities. Had a coffee pot but no coffee or tea. Around 10:00 pm someone knocks on our door and says we aren’t registered He was the same gentleman who was standing in the back of the desk when we were being checked in. and In the morning, full breakfast was a bowel of cereal and warm coffee. In fact there was a sign saying cereal only.

I booked my hotel 2 days in advance when i arrived t they gave me the key and there was already someone staying in my room. So we waited woop min to get another and they had to clean it. But all that meant was change bedding and spray tons of frebreeze. The was other pps hair in the bathroom and carpets were gross thought they would clean it the next day but they didn't. Every night the manager would sot in lobby and drink alcohol and there was always a mess left in lobby. Finally the last day there we complained again they cleaned room told me they would return some of my money but when i went to chasm it the hotels manager or owners wife was working and she was very unprofessional and rude. Referenced me at " that women" took down my complaint and said they her husband knew more. I doubt we will see a return if any kind. I wanted to like hotel and i was not rude or complained to much was very patient and yet she treated me like i was a horrible guest. I do hope they can do better i truly liked the manager but

Don’t stay here!!! I booked a king room and they didn’t have any clean when we arrived at 8:00pm and said that if they could get someone to come clean the rooms, that they would move me. The floor was sticky and dirty, both carpet and tile. The walls were gross. It was supposed to be $191 total and they have charged my credit card for $520, so far. They claimed that the charges are made by hotels.com and that I would not understand. They said we can only get one key because they didn’t have very many. There are several people who appear to be living there with cats and a very large dog was aggressive and barked at us when we walked out the front door because he was “startled”. They would not give a receipt as they claim that they are paperless. Our room was at the end of a long hall with a door at the end that would not open. The middle of the hallway also had a door that was broken and taped (not working) which should be a safety issue! They told hotels.com that we had to pay for 2 nights whether we stay or not and we definitely checked out after the first night. Over half of the charges to our card were added after we checked out. I cannot believe hotels.com represents such a disgusting place.

Our first room was still dirty. Moved us to a second room which was better but didn’t have a king bed. No hot water, building was hot. Keycard wouldn’t work, had to have it reset twice. Would not stay here again.
