Price crept up to over $500 a night....we left when over $400. We booked early and actually watched the price spike from the $100-$200 range upon check-in. Had hoped to extend but moved to a location in Macon which was far superior in price and staff....the Macon location could not do enough for evacuees. Not Kennesaw. The front desk employees said it was Marriott...ridiculous since owned by Franchisee. No manager available. Room smelled of wet dog. I hope the $500 gouge backfired as rooms began to open. Very unhappy with this hotel owner. We are lifetime PlatinumMarriott, experienced travelers. The staff at front desk were only stating what they were told and what was programmed in their system. Not their fault.

Was put in this hotel when my home was damaged by a drunk driver. A very nice suite hotel that allows pets but maintains the rooms perfectly. The continental breakfast everyday is a great start to the day. They have a large area to walk your dogs or just take a walk with lots of trees. The A/C in the rooms is amazing keeps room at a chilly 64 degrees if you like it cold inside. I will be looking for their other locations now that I know I can take my two dogs with me. There kennesaw or north Atlanta location is packed with shopping and great restaurants close by some you can even walk to. If you need a place to stay and you have a pet this is place for you. I would recommend if you just had a large family there two bedroom suites are very nice and roomy.

They are not pet friendly! We were charged $75 for having a pet. There is nothing friendly about this fee! Overly excessive!! I was expecting a $25-$30 fee as that seems to be pretty average in our experience. We travel and stay in 35-40 hotel room every year and have NEVER been charged $75 at any other Pet friendly hotel. The rooms are fine, not much about average. Save the excessive fee and stay somewhere else.

I really enjoyed this hotel. We stayed in the one bedroom suite. It was perfect for us. The bedroom was separate from the kitchen and dining room/living room area. It also had a desk for work. I loved that the bedroom was away from the bedroom so that we didn't disturb each other throughout the night. It was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Even though it was crowded, I didn't have to wait for anything. The staff kept everything replenished. Very helpful staff. I would definitely recommend. Location was good because it wasn't on the main road, so it wasn't really noisy or busy. The pool is small, but good for my little one. Overall, it was nice.

I stayed at this property in April as a last minute stop on my way to Florida. The hotel was typical Towneplace, clean, comfortable and convenient. The staff was excellent, especially Denise. I had to leave before the breakfast area would be open. Denise offered to make up a breakfast' to go' bag with yogurt, bagel and of course my favorite muffins. The extra service was much appreciated. Thank you!

This is the absolute best place to stay in Kennesaw. The rooms and perfect. The rates are reasonable. The hotel is close to all restaurants, stores and major highways. Yet it is secluded in a park-like setting with beautiful landscaping. The staff is superb. They help in every way they can. We stayed here awaiting the birth of a grandchild. I would like to thank Mike, evening manager and Sidearus, operations manager for their understanding of our situation and exceptional service. Also, Carlotta does a great job as breakfast hostess. She introduced tasty egg omelettes and keeps really fresh fruit available. In other hotels, 'fresh' fruit may be refrigerated cut fruit coated with preservatives. Also Ginger and Juan were very helpful. The hotel manager, Cielan, hires all of these great people. Keep up the great work. We thank you so much.

This place is like a Motel. I have no idea why Marriott will put its name on such a hotel. Homewood suites and Best westerns are better than this. Avoid if possible. The staff was alright. The rooms were dark and very dated. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. I wasn't sure what to expect from the location but this place is fantastic. Modern amenities and very clean. Proximity is very close to the shopping centers and restaurants.

In town to recon an area west. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were in the final stages of a reno for the breakfast area, but it was being handled very well. Kudos to the staff and reno crew for that! Room was clean, that's a big deal for me! Loved having the kitchenette even though it was a brief stay. Breakfast was good. BONUS and extra nice was the free seated massage therapist that was there the second night!! Would definitely stay at this property, again and recommend it!

The stay was OK . The room was clean and quiet. Stayed in the main building. The only issue was the comfort of the mattress. Not very comfortable, due to the late time of check in we toughed it out. Spoke to the manager after we returned home, she was understanding and apologetic and returned points we used for the stay.
