It was going ok 2 nights after that we started noticing spiders, and bugs that were coming out and we started getting bites on us and itching when we would sit b or lay down in tge bed to sleep something was diffantly biting us and you could see that the room had bugs in them for sometime and nasty especially between matress and box springs had to be bed bugs I think it was. I did go ask too move to another room because of the spider's & bugs that came out after the 1st coup we of days

The king size mattress was disgusting could feel every coil in this bed..needs to be replaced

MAIN PROBLEM WAS TOILET WAS SLOW TO FLUSH. REALLY SLOW. SOMETIMES IT REQUIRED HOLDING HANDLE FOR A PERIOD OF TIME, TILL FLUSH WAS COMPLETE. SECOND WAS THE SIZE AND THICKNESS OF TOWELS. THIRD WAS THE SOAP WHEN WET FOR AWHILE BECAME TOO PLIABLE AND WOULD BEND WHEN HANDLED. OTHER THAN THOSE ISSUES, THINGS WERE FINE, CLEAN, ARRANGED OKAY REGARDING THE LAYOUT BOTH INSIDE AND OUT. A NUMBER OF DECENT RESTAURANTS WERE NEARBY, AND THEREFORE CONVENIENT. FOR THOSE WHO READ THIS ON BEHALF OF THIS RED ROOF IN, IT WAS ROOM 206. FIX THE TOILET FOR THE NEXT GUESTS.

This hotel is not clean!!!!! I found burn holes in my blanket in whats suppose to be a smoke free hotel. On top of that people partying all hours of the night cops in and out even dropping people off! Not a safe place! On top of that its roach infested! So no safety not clean and as I said we literally had 20 people standing outside our door one night partying til 3am!!!! Please if your a family looking for a safe and clean place DONT STAY HERE!!

The young lady at the registration desk was very cordial. The room was clean and quiet at night, however the sheets were very thin and the bed cover looked like it'd had better days. For the price we paid, the room and the facilities were just O.K. The location is kind of in a hole and the parking was rather small. In a pinch, we might use it again.

Room was clean and newly remodeled. Staff was horrible was not accommodating. Staff actually cussed out my fiance when we requested an extra towel and washcloth. We had to call cooperate and file an official complaint. Hotel was nice but staff was lacking customer service skills majorly!

room was clean, staff was nice .. but I was sitting on the foot of the bed, when the mattress started to come off the bed frame !! it was tilting upward.. The frame is for a queen or full, so therefor it tilts up when you sit on the edge

Wonderful location near malls and many restaurants. Large clean and comfortable room. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and beds were a little worn out but comfortable good value for the price. Shower was excellent.

It was great for the money! The air conditioning wasn't very good in our room and was hot all night long which made it hard to sleep. Otherwise, we were happy with our stay. Very convenient to I-75.

Hotel is good if you need a basic room for sleeping. Carpet needed a good vacuum but otherwise it was fine and a good value for the money.

Traveling with son to baseball event. This suited our needs as we don't require much since we are gone all day. The room was what we expected it to be.

The location was great, easy to find right on the highway, and close to the family we were visiting. The first room had a terrible chlorine/aomnia smell. Like they spilled a bottle of bleach in the room and didn't clean it up. The second day they moved us to another room which wasn't as clean but didn't smell. No hair dryers either. For the price I thought the hotel was below standards. We should have gone to the Days Inn.

Please know we're sorry your stay wasn't fully satisfactory. We are an outside entrance property which sometimes allows outside pest to enter the rooms. We have pest control on property weekly. Also, bed bugs are not an issue at our property. Again, we regret that you were not fully comfortable staying with us. We hope you continue to use Red Roof properties for your travel accommodations in the future.

roach infested overall horrible stay

The young lady at the registration desk was very cordial. The room was clean and quiet at night, however the sheets were very thin and the bed cover looked like it'd had better days. For the price we paid, the room and the facilities were just O.K. The location is kind of in a hole and the parking was rather small. In a pinch, we might use it again.
