I found this place on hotels nearby on google as we were done traveling for the day. It had 4 stars and I incorrectly assumed it was safe We arrived at 930 and were given room 215. I'm terrified of bedbugs so we always leave the kids in the hall and check the beds. This room we pulled the top mattress forward to check. Between the 2 beds there were an earring and dried contacts along with hair and other filth behind the beds and between the mattresses. We pulled down the sheets and there were large period blood stains on them. My husband went to the desk to have the beds remade. We were told no one was there to do that but here are sheets and rubber gloves. I wasn't paying$140 a night to work there but the kids were tired so we remade the bed ourselves. As we finished the desk person called and offered us another room stating it would be cleaner So we went to room 311. Kids in the hall and we pull the mattress forward and my husband says there are ink stains on the bottom mattress. I run over and it is just covered from one side to the other in big black spots of BEDBUG POOP. He also took photos of the bedbugs that had obviously been there awhile. We sprinted from the room and demanded a refund. The desk lady is extremely nice and was processing our refund. I wanted to puke and leave but my husband being a nice guy agreed to email the pics to the general manager Nick who as of this post hasn't bothered to respond with a thank you or an apology for our wasted time and putting my children and myself in harms way with a bed bug infested room. We left and went about 10 minutes down the road and got a gorgeous bed bug free suite at the Hyatt House for the same price. I recommend them highly. I obviously can't recommend sleep inn 🤢

When I booked a two queen bed room with an extra bed (for 4 adults), the manager mentioned that he can give us a queen room suite . This would have two queen beds and one sleeper sofa for the same price. When we checked in it was not at the discounted price that was quoted for us. When I mentioned this, the manager called back and confirmed the discount.

Needed a cheap and convenient place to stay while visiting a friend in Kennesaw. Booked the hotel online...prices a bit high for what you get. I paid $107 for a pretty basic room (not really my definition of a suite). The room was clean but well worn with a particularly small TV and a coffee maker. The plus was it had a microwave and fridge which, I would assume, qualifies it as a 'suite'. The price also includes a basic cooked breakfast along the HI Express lines but, if I were to be honest, wasn't nearly as good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to a number of restaurants within a few miles.

Based on appearances, this hotel appears to have been built within the last 10 years, but has not been kept up at all. Hallways are dimly lit and have a musty smell. Our first room had a broken safety latch. Our second room was slightly better. The mattresses on the queen beds were uncomfortable; further, the sleeper sofa's (which is more of a love seat that folds out to be a twin bed) mattress needed to be replaced. It offered no support and was torn in many spots. Unfortunately, we were travelling over a holiday and arrived too late to transfer to another property. I'd recommend avoiding this hotel - there are better properties available one exit to the south on Chastain Rd (exit 271).

Stayed here as part of final stop.on a 3 week Civil War battlefield tour. We have stayed at hotels from Bentonville, NC , Richmond, Gettysburg, Antietam, New Market, and Chattanooga,. This by far the nicest moderately priced hotel that we stayed in. It is clean., well maintained, fresh breakfast, and all the machines in the Fitness Room worked. My only complaint would be that only the first floor had both vending and Ice. Vending was on 2 and 4 while ice was on 1 and 3. We spent 2 days there and has a variety of restaurants within 10 minutes. There is also a direct route to both Kennesaw Mountain and Picketts Mill without having to use I 75. We will stay here again.

With late check in at round midnight, we were greeted by a very friendly attendant, Eva. Our east facing room was nearly perfect. It was clean, provided all our needs. Quiet hotel, great access both off and on I75. A hot breakfast was nice to have, sufficient for most people with strong coffee and easily made waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal and yogurt. Eva even took the time to get us some info about another local business. It was only a one night stay to catch a little sleep, but I would recommend this Choice property. Thank you again Choice!

Pros: -Wonderful front desk staff -Clean Cons: -Broken chair in room -Breakfast area could not fit tables or chairs available -Coffee not good and only one cream choice -Scrambled eggs from a package....not cooked fresh -Was on second floor and could clearly hear everyone above -2 shampoos, no lotion, all bottles stuffed into shower corner -Shower water would not get hot in the morning. Overall: Not worth more than $100 a night

My daughter and I arrived right at midnight. The front desk clerk just finished mopping the lobby and everything smelled fresh. He checked us in quickly with a friendly smile. Bed linens were updated and mattress was reasonably comfortable. Carpets also looked recently updated. Breakfast really was on the meager side. "Sketchy" egg as my daughter referred to them. I stuck with cold cereal, milk and a banana. Can't mess those up.

This hotel looks brand new. The rooms were clean and comfortable and everything was genuinely nice. The best part was the staff, the nice concierge lady allowed me to check in two hours early. Customer service like that is what makes a hotel great. I'd definitely stay here again.

The only reason I didn't give it five stars is the pressure in the shower and the fact it was a handicapped room but the shower flour was slick. There should have had a mat in there. Hot breakfast and good coffee.
