Unfortunately, we have a list of grievances that made our stay stressful. When booking the room, it was not advertised that the room had no windows and no source of natural light. We tried to look past this, but then the power went out in the city. We were NOT alerted to the scheduled power outage, even though the hotel was aware of the power outage. This caused us to wake up in total darkness with no running water and no AC. We had to go down to the desk to ask for water to get ready in the morning. If the power outage was scheduled, we should have been given notice, a light source, and water ahead of time. Separate from these many issues, the bathroom also had black mold and caused the room to smell like mildew.
