It was an okay hotel, employees are nice. The hotel needs more maintenance in general, mainly the outside walls need to be painted. Very convenient hotel with super market, drug store, and atm down stairs.
Overall I had a great stay but they are doing construction which woke me up every morning by 7an I’m on vacation that was not ok with me ! I also think the housekeeping needs to wipe down everything not just what they think the customer can see .
The property is unkept. There is a nasty neighborhood just next to the hotel. The restaurant is sore 40 min. to get a fried egg. Bathroom is falling apart. The staff is cordial and attentive
Beware of Columbia !! Especially black ppl !!! You are a target at this hotel !! They will have you set up & robbed at gun point broad day on camera we my husband and I was robbed of jewelry and money it was on the Colombian new police did nothing !! They came & left didn’t even say anything to us ! We just arrived not even there 3hours !!! Don’t bother calling police They don’t even care they will rob u too! We have the video of they robbery I will be reporting this to the U.S embassy! I almost was shot & killed on my birthday !!! & do not go to the beaches in the back of hotel they are waiting to rob u too the ppl there all are scammers & aggressive to scam you every in on it from the time u are at the airport !! Please do not stay here or go to Colombia !! May 18,2023 this happened!!!! I travel all over the world this has never happened to my husband & I !! You may not make it home !! Do not Go !!

Hotel is nice and clean but staff is not the best and do not have any sense of urgency. If you order a drink at the bar prepare to wait over 30 mins. After vacationing in a few other countries I can say that this was my least favorite place to visit and stay at. It’s nice that the hotel offers breakfast but it was not good at all, the food is cold and not that many options. Only thing we enjoyed about the pool was the fact that it wasn’t that deep, lifeguard was very annoying and we weren’t allowed to play music or eat food by the pool. DO NOT go the beach and if you do beware of the locals who will attack you with “free services” and then charge you ridiculous amounts

Great hotel for the price, the room was clean, very spacious , and the staff was very friendly. The only con, there was no hot water to shower in our room. When I called they said it will be fixed in 25 minutes but it was never fixed the whole time we stayed at the hotel.
