Cute hotel some of the stuff were professional. They just a few things we were giving the wrong Wi-Fi word I showered, did not have bad soap. We asked a few times was never filled. Floor on the lower level full of water almost slipped… There are no dressers in the room so we didn’t have anywhere to put our clothes I also asked person in the front desk. If there was any type of laundry service, he never got back to me.I have sent a couple of emails. It took them a while to respond by that time. I had to leave the hotel at three days earlier… as I mentioned it’s a cute hotel. The food was great, but I felt as though got attention and response to our request we’re not answered. I tried to reach out to them again after they responded, and I still have not heard from them. We ended up moving to another hotel.

Un excelente hotel en el Centro Histórico, con habitaciones amplias, cómodas y exquisitamente diseñadas. Kevin fue realmente amable con nosotros y el hotel tiene unas magníficas instalaciones. La ubicación es buena aunque tal vez no la mejor por las trabajadoras sexuales que transitan la calle. Sin embargo es un sitio realmente silencioso y nada más entrar es un remanso de calma y su piscina es muy aprovechable.
