Cozy beach hideaway only 150 steps from the sand! This ground floor studio with a private patio is perfect for relaxing days of beach, pool, & condo time. It's a quick walk to local Linden Ave. restaurants/breweries, groceries/snackshacks & the crown jewel of Carpinteria State Beach.
There is a Queen bed, living room with pull-out sofa, full kitchen, indoor dining nook, bathroom, & dining table in the patio. Cozy, clean, & easygoing. Unwind on the patio & listen to the waves crash at night : )

Lastly, once again This is a studio. The Queen bed is in a separate more private part of the condo but there is no bedroom door. The second bed is a pull-out sofa bed. It could fit two kids. The location of the bathroom is between the living room & Queen bed corner so sleeping areas are separate & you don't have to disturb someone if sharing.

Families are welcome, we can provide a pack&play, baby tub, & portable high chair if requested.
The condo is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a travel crib.
