Excellent location, convenient to beach and restaurants. Rooms are very clean!

Perfect stay if you have a car and don't want to be right in Santa Barbara cause of price. Had our dog with us, so got an end room which was appreciated. Poop bags provided outside which always makes me feel welcome for my dog. Jacuzzi was nice at end of night after walking SB all day

Breakfast very average. The whole hotel was in bad shape.

Super clean.. excellent breakfast... very friendly housekeeping staff.. front desk staff are jerks-- but everyone else is amazing!

Stayed here before. Beds seem to be updated pancake waffle maker broken some of the front desk staff not friendly Isaac was great and handled everything needed.

Staff was very friendly, had service dog with us and they were very welcoming to them and our family. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was clean and enjoyed by the whole family. The breakfast was very comprehensive.

The Hotel Staff was quite friendly and the area was nice and peaceful. Overall, the price we paid was well worth it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a quick relaxing stay at an affordable price. One thing I would highly recommend would be to bring lots of extra cash, as there are many things to do and buy in the Santa Barbara area.

Went to visit dad. Nothing about the hotel was negative. Free coffee was not all that great but Starbucks was nearby. Would stay there again.

We like the hotel good location good breakfast and the catering people very frendly rooms very clean

We have stayed here several times, but this last stay we did not feel the service or cleanliness was on par like in the past.

Very nice hotel. A little pricey for a holiday inn. Staff needs more training on customer service. I requested a queen queen room. When I checked she wanted me to prove that's what i requested. Really? Might check out hotels down the street next time around.

Hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Better experience than some of the other hotels i've stayed at recently

This place was in a perfect location for quick access to downtown bars and restaurants. the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable!! We also got the chance to use the pool and jacuzzi, but would have been even better if the jets worked! Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel!

Clean and just the right distance to get to Santa Barbara for some fun but enjoy the quieter setting of Carpenteria as well. Beaches are close. Hotel is very nice, quiet, pet friendly, breakfast very good!

This was a quick stop on our way home and needed a place to stay so i made a reservation and it was cute

I would stay here again. Everything was clean, I felt safe, breakfast was really good.

I was already staying here for 3 nights and on my last day we decided to stay an extra night. Breakfast is really good and they have a variety if things you can choose from. The room was comfortable and so were the beds :). We didn't really speak to any of the staff besides when we checked in and had a problem with the TV, the man was very helpful and nice. I would definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

Was a pleasant experience. It was located In a good location. They were renovating a section of the hotel, if there was less noise due to it I would have rated it higher.

wonderful time, nice staff, lots to do and see within walking distance

My husband and I needed a quick restorative overnight close to home, yet out of town. Carpenteria fit the bill. Since it was last minute, our choices were limited, and we were lucky to get a room even though we thought the price was a bit high. The location was easy access, close to the beach. Our rooms were spacious, quiet and comfortable which we needed for the rest we required. The staff was friendly, accommodating and easy-going even though that night there were hoardes of families with small children celebrating something. I feared noise and chaos, but the rooms shut out the sound, the families were well behaved and the staff had all in control. Good breakfast as well. We enjoyed the town, its restaurants and shops as well as quick access to Santa Barbara. We would definitely come back.
