I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I’ve always trusted the Hilton brand, but this stay was a huge letdown. The restaurant, in particular, was appalling. Everything from the taste of the food to the variety of the menu was significantly below par. To make matters worse, the service was completely lacking—staff seemed untrained and inattentive. It is hard to believe a Hilton property is operating at such a low level. I will not be returning and definitely do not recommend this place.

The bed was past its time in comfort, the sheet didn't fit the bed and kept coming unattached. The walls and ceiling were paper thin... you could hear everything..foot steps and neighbour's conversations. One cup for drinking, $3 for a small bottle of water in room.. and the traffic noise was quite loud...The beach is not across the road, but a cliff to either climb down or hike to the beach. Sad that Hilton has it's name on this property... Worst Hilton I've stayed in...

The staff was friendly and welcoming, but overall the stay was disappointing. The bedding felt scratchy and the mattress was quite firm, which made for a poor night of sleep. Additionally, the pool was closed during our stay, and this was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel—there was no indication of the closure on the website when booking. Between the lack of rest and the unavailable amenities, the experience felt like a downgrade from what we expected.

This hotel should be 3 star max. Its not an 4 start hotel at all. Parking was a disaster and took me 50 minutes to find a parking spot. Rude front desk and AC in the room was very noisy. looked for parking for 50 minutes and went to front desk a few times about the parking issue, he kept saying look more or find a parking spot out side of hotel area.
