This was just a one night quick stay over to sleep and then leave. I have no complain about anything except for the bath towels smelled bad. I have trouble describing the smell other than funky. Not mildew or mold, but a very unpleasant smell that I would not want to be drying off with. I was able to use a couple of T-shirts and the hand towels which didn’t have the odor to dry off. I’m not sure what the problem was and I didn’t want to take the time to discuss it with them as I wanted to get back on the road. Other than the towels, everything was OK for a quick overnight stop

Honeymoon Suite. Cold shower. I installed shower curtain. Hand smudges on tv furniture. Receipt at hotel doesn't acknowledge Hotel.com price. Only in-house price. View out window of broken backdoor fencing and dumpy car collection in overgrown field. Check-in was not attentive to me.

Friendly and professional front desk staff. Easy check-in and free bottled water or other bottled beverage offered. The property is just okay: not very clean, not well vacuumed, and a very strong scent of air-freshener that permeates the property once you head towards your room and also IN your room. We left the windows open to dissipate the fragrance when we went to bed that night. Room itself has a good sized refrigerator, mini-kitchen (cooktop) and cabinets but those are empty. Bed was extremely comfortable and linens clean, bed was well-made. Carpeting looks ancient and not very clean or well vacuumed. Bathroom is small and very basic and surface clean. Free prepackaged breakfast items offered as well as fruit and coffee. Cleaning staff was working when we checked in: a female and male. The male was working SHIRTLESS! Our stay was for only one night. We won't be returning.

Although renovations on the exterior look great, the interior needs work. Room was 85% renovated with obvious items needing finished. Bathroom floor was filthy, not sure last time it was washed, it was sticky. Spent 3-nights, no housekeeping in the room during that time. 100% polyester sheets, not ideal for comfort. Requested additional towels during stay, had to go to front desk to retrieve them. No air conditioning in breakfast room or not turned on, very warm and stuffy 2 star rating

I booked this stay for my 80 year old parents as we were visiting family in the area. Front desk staff was sleepy and seemed completely unfamiliar with the computer system. When they arrived in their room there was what appeared to be poop on one of the beds. It was late and they were tired so they slept in the other bed. The next morning they checked out and the front desk person told them he had cancelled their reservation. I verified that the reservation for their next stay later in the week was cancelled, too. He assured me that it was, even though I had booked through Expedia. As it turns out, I was billed for both stays through Expedia. If I wasn't eligible for a cancellation refund, he shouldn't have told me the stay was cancelled and we wouldn't be charged. Breakfast room was dirty and food unappealing.

This place was pretty run down. There was a junked car and temt at the end of the parking lot. There was standing water overnight in the hallway. Holes in the walls in the hallway. Alot of the stuff in the breakfast room was out of order.

Customer service at check in was good. Very friendly and fast. Reservation was for 2 queen beds; however, believe the beds were full size not queen. Went to desk to check out and had to speak through intercom and was not impressed. Breakfast was good. Although juice machine wasn’t working and they didn’t have any other juice. All in all, it was ok.

Gave this place a 2nd chance. First off I find an envelope for housekeeping looking for a tip. They don't do anything you have to ask at the front desk for clean towels ect. I also found a roofing nail on the floor of the room. The fire alarm went off the first morning, no one to be found at the front desk, never got an all clear from the fire dept. No coffee in the AM prior the to alam and then bad coffee the next day. Breakfast was a joke. TV was intermittently working the entire stay. The language barrier is also very difficult to deal with. Was booked for a redone room same old crappy beat up rooms and bathrooms. Fridge was not cold,
