No where could I find the WiFi password. Called the front desk and no answer. No iron or ironing board in the room. The heating system doesn’t work so they had a space heater sitting in the middle of the floor. I paid around $150 for this room which is a lot for Aroostook County Maine and the room wasn’t worth half that amount to be honest.

Where do I start. My only positive is that the woman that checked us in was friendly. But she didnt ask for my ID or verify my credit card so thankfully it was really me that used them. There was 1 towel and washcloth in the bathroom. There were 2 of us. I went to ask for more 3 times. There is a button to push for assistance that rang annoyingly loud but no one ever came to the desk. Our room reeked of bad odors and the shower curtain had mold on it. There was never coffee made when we went out for it and the bread at the "continental breakfast" had mold on it. I couldnt ask for anything because no one was around anywhere. I went looking for a housekeeper to ask for towels. Found her cart but not her anywhere. I finally just grabbed towels from the cart..what else could i do?

The staff was great. The room was clean. I was very surprised that they had no house keeping for my 4 day stay.

Inn was ok but needs a lot of updates. Ceiling tile in the bathroom was about ready to fall and was brown from all the water and rest of bathroom was to be desired. Room was ok and was spacious but linen showed age along with pillows. For what we paid we could have been in Portland at a better hotel then in Caribou.

It was very quiet, being in remote northern Maine. The room was clean but one of the beds had a bent frame so we putthe mattress on the floor so we werent sleeping upside down. The staff was helpful, they brought a rollaway bed and extra towels by our request. It was definitely off season, the hotel suited our purpose. We were only staying over night and it was close to the school we were visiting.
