Some of the electrics were outdated, shower liner was separated from wall is areas. Some mop buildup in corners. Over all I’d say a 4* is about right. The staff were friendly and courteous. Also noted a strong smell of cleaner throughout, it’s a little overpowering at times. Beds sheets linen and beds were very clean and comfy.

The parking was right outside our room, couldn't have been more convenient. The staff were all please and responsive. Breakfast was fresh hot and delicious.

Breakfast was a typical motel breakfast but the room was quiet and water was hot. Ivy's Bistro on site was good. Close to where we needed to be. Older motel and nothing fancy but the price was right. I would stay there again if in Houlton.
