What I didn’t like was they said they would put my receipt under my door by 1:30am because I was leaving very early in the morning. I did not get that receipt. They were helpful telling me several options for dinner in the area and they had a restaurant right on the property when I checked in.

Property was quiet, the room was so hot, we left to visit hospital and left AC on to cool room down and when we got back it was so very hot at 11:30 at night. Not happy!

Everything was excellent. The breakfast was hot and fresh daily. The Restaurant is outstanding. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The view from the room was magnificent. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I slept soundly and woke up refreshed. The only thing was that on check in, the young man didn’t seem to know that they provided bottles of water in the room. He sent us up the highway to buy some. Enjoyed our stay immensely. I wish we could bring our little dogs though then we would book a longer trip.

My husband and I have stayed at the Inn at Gran View Ogdensberg three times and it has always been a pleasure. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is lovely and the service is great the food is delicious! We recommend staying here.

The property was definitely clean and the room was updated. The rest of the facility seemed clean but a little outdated. Doors to the hallway and adjoining room are paper thin. Hear conversation in the other room and screaming kids / slamming doors. Once everyone was asleep it was very quiet. Hot breakfast alright.

Our New Favorite Place

We loved it here and can't wait to return. Every staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great. Our room overlooked the river, and we enjoyed watching the passing ships. We wandered down the manicured lawns to the river's edge, where we discovered the comfortable decks and chairs. We kept marveling at how lucky we were to discover this hotel.
