Check in with Gwenno was great. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Ordered room service.. sadly the creme catalan was like scrambled egg... Explained this on check out.. "will let the chef know" Charged twice for the room but quickly corrected. Parking is cheaper here than at ICC - left my car there and walked over..

Clean room, comfortable beds and super linen, great staff; very very cordial and helpful, good English breakfast and will definitely be back. Got a family room, though the extra bed was a tad tiny. Looking forward to my next stay here.

Very clean modern hotel with pay parking outside. Convenient stopping place on way to West Wales. We have stayed at the sister hotels Celtic Manor and Coldra Court before and found this a more relaxing experience. Restaurant was well run with friendly staff.

Lovely new hotel, opened just over a year ago. Well located for access to Wales ICC and surrounding attractions. Room very good, comfy bed, usual tray with tea/coffe and some very nice bara brith biscuits. Breakfast was a buffet, usual English/Welsh breakfast choices, danish pastries/croissants, fruit and cheese/cured meats. Staff friendly. Parking £12 per night which was unexpected, however the free slow EV charger we used overnight made up for it. Would return.

Whist the hotel is very clean and generally staff were pleasant and helpful, however the to in the room did not work properly and when we raised it the staff got i working but on turning off it wouldn’t come on again. The parking charge on top of the hotel bill was criminal in my view an for this reason I would not stay here again.

Great hotel

Spotless hotel. Rooms are lovely. Clean and bright with a lovely bathroom. Showers are great. I felt the resteraunt menu was a bit restricted but thats because i didnt like what was on offer. I did have their pizza which was really nice, so the food is good but only if u like whats on offer. Staff are lovely, really helpful and very friendly

Would stay again if need arises.

Travelling for family wedding. Able to check into 1 room early, which was perfect as we were able to get ready there, quick painfree check in, staff very friendly and welcoming.
