Absolutely nothing in the room - no kettle no cups or glasses, no tea and coffee or sugar no usb ports no TV and a draw with a hairdryer box with no hairdryer- awful bathroom - poor facilities for a £71 a night stay

Inside was great, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was fine, though the carpet was a bit tired. It was just by a busy bridge which had a lot of traffic and mostly it became quiet when the window was closed. I will certainly think of staying in places like that again (student accommodation)

The accommodation is excellent for the price with great links to Cardiff via Newport train station. Newport is wales version of Burnley but it’s a cheap place to stay. Had all the cooking equipment I needed and the room was clean with a decent shower. Will use again.

You pay for what you get but you may end up next to a shared kitchen and social space, as I did. The room was fine but hot. This means you won't get to sleep before 11 at the earliest - if you're travelling for business, you better be ready to be half-rested in the morning.
