The spa was closed (main reason for booking) and only found out during check in, however we able to use the spa facilities at their neighbor hotel at The Celtic Manor Resort, which is a gorgeous resort and we got to use the facilities on check in day and after check out too! Was a nice weekend overall.

I was very underwhelmed by this hotel. We just ate in the bar and my pizza was covered in garlic mayonnaise which was disgusting to be honest. One of the mattress in the room (we stayed in a twin) was very noisy, old and mobile and kept us awake when moving at night. The staff were nice but the hotel is basic

Great hotel, my only complaint is there is no refrigerator in the room, and it is not close to any shops. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.
