Charming accommodation of 40 sqm and 20 sqm terrace near the lake of Cavayere.

The lake Cavayere and its beautiful beaches are 1km, the medieval city of Carcassonne is 5 km and the Canal du Midi 7km.

The Mediterranean is less than an hour away and the Pyrenean foothills housing the famous Cathar castles is also close.

The main room of 35 m² comprises:
- a kitchen (microwave / oven, stove, refrigerator);
- a dining area with a table for 4 people;
- seating area with a new sofa with a bed of 140 cm wide;
- a sleeping area with 1 bed 160 cm.

The TV can be used for the sofa area and the sleeping area.

The 5m² bathroom is embellished with a large shower 120 cm x 80 cm.

The terrace lined with bamboo has a table for 4 and transatlantic 2.

The accommodation is suitable for 4 people including 2 children (not 4 adults).

La maison était très propre. L’emplacement est idéal avec une vue magnifique. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et une très grande gentillesse super accueil. Je recommande pour passer de bonnes vacances au calme.

Super petit nid et hôtes charmants, attentifs à nos besoins.

Superbe endroit au calme absolu! Toutefois attention, vous êtes loin de TOUT (nous étions avec nos vélos, canal du midi). Aurélie nous a bien aidés (courses) et nos hôtes étaient super charmants.

Superbe studio pouvant accueillir 4 personnes (2 lits doubles). Prestation de qualité chez l'habitant, propriétaire accueillant et discret. Je recommande cette location si vous souhaitez séjourner sur Carcassonne et ses alentours.
